UPDATE: East Dubuque man suspected in Monticello shooting shot while being apprehended in Delaware County

HOPKINTON, Iowa -- Authorities said an East Dubuque, Ill., man sought in connection with a fatal shooting at an eastern Iowa grocery store was shot when law enforcement attempted to take the individual into custody today in Delaware County.
